  • Hong Kong & International: 10-20 business days

3.4 Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Customers are encouraged to choose a trackable shipping method.
  • If the courier confirms a package is lost, please contact us for possible solutions.
