2.2 Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may fluctuate due to exchange rates and market conditions.
  • We accept multiple payment methods via Shopify, including credit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
  • Once an order is confirmed, the payment method cannot be changed.

2.3 Stock Availability & Order Processing

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not offer shipping to the United States, Hong Kong, or other international destinations at this time.

3.2 Shipping Fees & Duties

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping option selected at checkout and will be displayed before your order is completed.

  • We offer free standard shipping on orders of CAD $200 or more (before taxes and after discounts).

3.3 Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery time for orders within Ontario isĀ 3ā€“7 business days after the order has been processed.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3.4 Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Customers are encouraged to choose a trackable shipping method.
  • If the courier confirms a package is lost, please contact us for possible solutions.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item and must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customerā€™s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
