1. Shipping Coverage & Carriers

1.1 Delivery Area
Currently, we only ship within Ontario, Canada. We do not offer shipping to the U.S., Hong Kong, or other international locations at this time.

1.2 Shipping Carriers
All orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS, depending on the selected service at checkout.


2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

2.1 Real-Time Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the real-time rates provided by Shopify's integration with Canada Post & UPS.

2.2 Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping for orders over CAD 200 (before taxes and after discounts).


3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1-3 business days

(Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.)


4. Order Processing & Fulfillment

4.1 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

4.2 Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
  • If your package is delayed, we recommend checking the tracking status first. If there is an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
  • If a package is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, contact us for assistance.
