Refund policy

At THE GOOD MONO, we want you to be satisfied with your shopping experience. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review the following policy to ensure your request meets our return criteria.


1. Return & Exchange Policy

1.1 Eligible Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging (including tags and accessories).
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.
  • If the item is defective or incorrectly shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs.

1.2 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene or customization reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care products (e.g., skincare, perfumes, beauty products).
  • Sale or clearance items (all discounted items are final sale and non-refundable).
  • Custom-made or handcrafted products (e.g., in-house jewelry designs).

1.3 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • If the return is due to defects or incorrect items, we will provide free return shipping.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). We do not offer refunds to alternative accounts.
  • Credit card or bank refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

2.2 Partial Refunds or Rejected Refunds
We reserve the right to decline or issue partial refunds in the following cases:

  • The returned item shows visible signs of use, missing parts, or incomplete original packaging.
  • The return request is made beyond the 7-day return window.
  • The item is damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

2.3 Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (e.g., defective, incorrect item, etc.)
  • Attach photos of the item (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.


4. Additional Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping method when returning items.
  • The return shipping address will be provided based on your location. Please do not send returns without prior approval, as we may not be able to process them.
  • We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time, with immediate effect upon publication. Please review this policy periodically.
